I’m Kelly and I have been part of the Holcomb Law family for over 4 years now. I have several jobs here at the firm: Marketing Director, Office Manager and Paralegal. I truly believe in our mission and what we stand for here and that makes it such a rewarding place to be.
A little bit about me: I grew up in Franklin, Virginia. I graduated from Christopher Newport University and continued on to graduate school at Longwood University where I got my masters in Criminal Justice. Before joining Holcomb Law, I worked for the Division of Child Support Enforcement for 4 years.
I live in Poquoson with my husband, Travis and our dog, Rigby. Together, we enjoy watching movies, spending time with our friends, and planning trips to Disney World.
My husband and I have been privileged to call the Virginia Peninsula ‘home’ for nearly 20 years enjoying the rich history and diverse activities of the region. Spending a day exploring Colonial Williamsburg, savoring a fun dining experience in a historic tavern, and driving home via the beautiful Colonial Parkway is one of our favorite ways to spend a free day.
I also enjoy reading, gatherings with our neighbors and friends, volunteering with our church family, walking our feisty but adorable rescue dog, and generally embarrassing our teenage son – as only a loving mother can.
Before starting a family, I was a purchasing agent and have since enjoyed working part-time in various positions in the fitness industry. I am so happy to be part of the Holcomb Law family! If we haven’t met yet, I look forward to getting to know you.
Hi I’m Terry and I am the bookkeeper here at Holcomb Law. Before joining the firm in 2012, I worked for the school system as a bookkeeper and occasionally as a substitute teacher. I attend Liberty Baptist Church and love the Lord!
I have been married to my husband, Tony, for over 25 years and we have two teenage boys, T.J. and Chandler.
In my spare time, I enjoy walking, spending time with friends and family, and date night with my husband!
Born and raised in Newport News, Virginia, I feel lucky to be surrounded by people I have known my entire life. After high school, I moved to Denmark where I lived for several years before moving to California, and eventually, back home to Virginia.
I was a Realtor for 12 years and an interior decorator for many years as well, but nothing compares to the challenges, experiences, and changes that occurred in my life when I became a Foster Parent. Through the years, I fostered 9 children, and the most wonderful gift of my life was adopting my son, Tyler, who was placed in our home at just 7 weeks’ old who is now in high school.
Soon after my divorce, I went back to college and graduated summa cum laude from Thomas Nelson. As an Intern, I worked for a family law office and then for other law firms that specialized in personal injury and health-care law, but I always knew that family law is where I could make a difference.
Holcomb Law is where I finally found the job I was meant to have by helping people who are struggling in their personal lives. The heartache of divorce and the pain of losing the family unit through custody issues can be overwhelming. After experiencing the pains of my own divorce, it has given me the compassion and understanding that clients need in order to move on with their lives. Being a part of the “family” at Holcomb Law has made me realize that God always has a plan.
